INTRODUCTION
tlmNexus Limited (“We”) is committed to respecting all human rights.
This statement has been issued in accordance with Section 54(1) of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 (the Act). It outlines the steps we take as a business to prevent slavery and human trafficking in our organisation and supply chains.
We recognise that Modern Slavery is a growing global issue, and we are committed to ensuring that modern slavery and human trafficking is not taking place within our organisation, our partners, our sub-contractors or supply chain.
Modern slavery encompasses slavery, servitude, human trafficking and forced labour. tlmNexus has a zero-tolerance approach to any form of modern slavery. We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity and transparency in all business dealings and to ensuring effective systems and controls are in place to safeguard against any form of modern slavery taking place within the organisation or supply chain.
OUR BUSINESS
tlmNexus is a UK technology company. We solve through-life acquisition and support management issues for the Defence and related sectors, supporting their teams to work strategically, collaboratively and effectively to maintain and streamline the delivery of military and industrial capability.
Working alongside the Defence sector, tlmNexus brings services and technologies together, to solve complex information problems, and transform the way organisations work and deliver.
We are an SME with an annual turnover of approximately £6m. Although we work predominantly in the UK at present, we may look to expand our service offering to companies in Europe, the Middle East and to the USA in the future.
We expect all our suppliers to comply with this policy, which acts as a guideline, included in our standard supplier terms and conditions and constitutes a contractual obligation. We reserve the right to conduct risk assessments of each supplier’s contract against modern slavery criteria.
We review our policies and procedures in accordance with ISO9001:2015 on a regular basis and operate a number of internal policies to ensure we are conducting business in an ethical and transparent manner and in compliance with the Modern Slavery Act.

REPORTING CONCERNS
We actively encourage employees to speak up if they have a concern, in line with our Culture Charter. There are numerous methods of highlighting concerns as stated in our Culture Charter guidance. If a concern is reported, we investigate promptly and thoroughly, taking any appropriate action needed.
